You can just say hello, and that is fine. But if you send these five things in the first message,
the reply you get back will be a real itinerary instead of a request for more information:
That is enough to tell you what fits, what does not, and what we would cut if it were our
trip.
We are based in Cairo and our team is Egyptian. Trips are run with our own licensed Egyptologist
guides, working in English. There is more on how we operate, and what we deliberately do not sell,
on about us.
One thing worth repeating here so it does not come as a surprise later: we do not sell,
book, quote or coordinate your international flight to Egypt. You arrange that yourself.
Domestic Egyptian flights inside an itinerary are ours and are included where the itinerary needs
them.
If you are on a trip with us right now and something needs sorting, message the same WhatsApp
thread rather than starting a new enquiry. Your guide is also a direct line and is usually the
fastest route to a fix on the ground.
Every quote we send is written down: the itinerary day by day, what it covers, and what it deliberately leaves out. If anything in it is unclear, ask before you commit rather than after. We would rather answer ten questions now than have you discover something at a ticket window in Luxor.
