You book on WhatsApp, not on the website. We first confirm availability in writing, then you pay a fixed deposit per booking, and you pay the rest when you arrive in Egypt. Every step is below, along with what we do not sell.

On WhatsApp, with the dates that work, how many are traveling and from which country. If you already have a flight, send us the itinerary.
We tell you whether beds exist for the nights of 1 and 2 August 2027 and which program fits. We do not ask for any deposit before that confirmation.
It is fixed per booking, not per person, and we give you the amount together with the availability. It is paid in US dollars or euros, by bank transfer or Western Union.
You pay it when you arrive in Egypt, in cash or by withdrawing cash with a Visa card.
This website takes no payment: there is no cart and no card checkout. Asking about availability costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
You can change the date at no cost up to two months before departure. If you cancel within that window, half of the deposit is refunded.
An eclipse trip has one catch worth reading before you book. The eclipse happens only on 2 August 2027 and cannot be moved: if you change the date, the new trip no longer includes the eclipse. A date change is useful for shifting a transfer or adding days before or after, not for seeing the eclipse at another time.
These are the conditions that apply to all of our trips.
The Luxor sky in August is usually clear, but nobody can promise it: high cloud, dust and haze can hide part of totality. The trip goes ahead regardless and there is no refund for cloud.
No official viewing sites, visitor caps or special opening hours have been published yet either. If access to a place is limited on the day, we watch from another open-sky spot in Luxor with shade close by. The spots we choose are written into your confirmation, together with a fallback.
As early as you can. The date does not move, and the beds inside the path are shared among travelers from all over the world. For the 2024 eclipse in the United States and the 2026 eclipse in Spain, hotel bookings inside the path began one to three years ahead, according to the press in those countries.
Demand for Luxor is strong, but every operator works from its own allocation of beds and we do not know how many are left overall. That is why we confirm in writing before asking for a deposit, and why we would rather you write now even if your dates are not settled.
The programs we do sell are the 4-night Luxor eclipse trip with Dendera and the 3-night one, each with its reference price and what is included. To decide where to sleep, see where to watch the eclipse in Egypt, and for the science, the total solar eclipse guide.
Tell us how many are traveling and which dates suit you. We confirm in writing before we ask for anything.
