Talk to a person

Contact Us

The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp, and it is where nearly every trip we run starts. You will be talking to the people who operate the trip in Egypt, not a call center and not a reseller in another country.

What to send so the first reply is actually useful

You can just say hello, and that is fine. But if you send these five things in the first message,
the reply you get back will be a real itinerary instead of a request for more information:

  • Your dates, or the month if the dates are still moving.
  • How many of you, and whether that includes children.
  • How many nights you have in Egypt, counting from landing to flying out.
  • What you most want to see. If there is one thing the trip would be a failure
    without, say what it is.
  • How you like to travel. Comfortable and slow, or as much as possible in the
    time.

That is enough to tell you what fits, what does not, and what we would cut if it were our
trip.

Who you are talking to

We are based in Cairo and our team is Egyptian. Trips are run with our own licensed Egyptologist
guides, working in English. There is more on how we operate, and what we deliberately do not sell,
on about us.

One thing worth repeating here so it does not come as a surprise later: we do not sell,
book, quote or coordinate your international flight to Egypt.
You arrange that yourself.
Domestic Egyptian flights inside an itinerary are ours and are included where the itinerary needs
them.

If you are already traveling

If you are on a trip with us right now and something needs sorting, message the same WhatsApp
thread rather than starting a new enquiry. Your guide is also a direct line and is usually the
fastest route to a fix on the ground.

A note on quotes

Every quote we send is written down: the itinerary day by day, what it covers, and what it deliberately leaves out. If anything in it is unclear, ask before you commit rather than after. We would rather answer ten questions now than have you discover something at a ticket window in Luxor.
